Property in Tarifa

The small town of Tarifa in souther Spain has seen property prices rise and stabilise in recent months as a result of its strong tourist industry. Tarifa, in the region Andalucia, now famed for its windsurfing has undergone something of a resurgence, with hippie relics from the '60s and '70s being replaced by youthful beach hounds, driving up demand for property in the region. Its ten kilometres of white sandy beaches and unspoilt countryside forms part of the Costa de la Luz (The Coast of Light).
